Everything good in humanity is self-driven!
We are designed to be powered from within! All life is!
That’s where all the good comes from!
That’s where our power comes from. Our sense of purpose.
Our need for others, and consequently our empathy and kindness!
BUT, WE TAKE OVER THE LIVES OF OUR YOUNG!
We make them behave in accordance with our wishes.
We decide everything!
We make little or no allowance for what is trying to come from within them!
IN DOING SO, WE HAVE BANISHED EVERYTHING GOOD FROM OUR WORLD!
And it shows! Our world is a mess, and we caused it!
Our instincts tell us to support our young in living their own lives!
BUT, WE CAN’T FEEL OUR INSTINCTS!
Why not?
Because somebody, in our past, wouldn’t allow us to express and live from everything that was trying to come from inside us!
They told us to sit down, do as we’re told, and be seen, but only heard when it’s convenient!
The consequence?
We can’t feel our real needs. The wisdom of our instincts! The compassion and joy of our feelings!
THE CONSEQUENCE IS WAR!
Conflict and anger everywhere!
Selfishness and greed!
PEOPLE ARE THE WORLD’S MOST LOVING CREATURES!
But, not now!
All that love normally comes from within!
But, we don’t allow anything to come from within!
We have banned love!
Sure we talk about it! Love is a feeling though, not a word!
Feelings have been banned!
Can you feel your feelings?
THERAPY!
What do we do there?
We try to connect with our real needs! Our feelings! Our real issues that we can’t quite connect with!
We try to express our real selves!
Why can’t we express our real selves?
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
First we take over the lives of our young, surpressing everything they are trying to accomplish through their own efforts!
Then they suffer from low self-esteem.
They eventually go into therapy to get their power back!
Their purpose back!
Meanwhile, we all treat each other harshly because we can’t feel our own need for their approval!
We lie and we hate!
All for nothing!
All because we can’t feel our own internal need for the love and support of others!
HOW TO BE OURSELVES?
We set out learning to express everything that we hide.
Our real wishes and feelings!
Our inner lives!
OUR REAL SELVES!
WHY CAN’T WE LIVE AS OUR REAL SELVES?
Because we were never allowed to!
NOW WE’RE ASHAMED OF IT!
It will take years of therapy to regain that, if it’s even possible!
MEANWHILE, OUR WORLD HAS LOST EVERYTHING GOOD!
Overpower life in it’s first years, direct it instead of encouraging and supporting it, and we lose everything good about people!
Sadly, that’s what we are doing right now!
With every problem we turn to direct force!
Against people who want most of all in life just to please us!
But, they don’t know that, because they can’t feel it!
WHAT ARE WE DOING?
Infants have the right to be themselves!
All life has the right to be themselves!
