HOW TO HAVE RELATIONSHIPS TO DIE FOR

Most of us have learned about relationships through experience and peer pressure.

There is little wisdom there.

We are supposed to feel safe, share our deepest secrets, and not feel alone.

Our relationships in these times are nothing like that anymore.

A real good friend is a rare thing now. Being completely honest is dangerous.

Well, what do we need from others?

Life comes from inside. It comes from instincts, needs, and feelings.

We need to freely express and share these things.

Few, if any, of us can do that.

To be that honest is almost impossible for us. Few others could listen without correcting either.

Humans are kind and loving. But only while living in tune with our basic qualities.

We have lost connection. Humanity has lost most of its loving qualities.

Yes.

Most of us need to correct some damage. Damage that happened because we never received the support and encouragement that all life normally gets.

We call it nurture. We never received encouragement and support in living from our own inner core of strength.

What we received were demands. The support we got was for doing as we were told.

We didn’t get to live from our hearts. We didn’t get to live out loud.

We have a head full of other people’s advice.

Our own wisdom is unavailable to us. It became buried under pressure from other people.

Our instincts, feelings, and needs cause perfect relationships. Living from this power, we have no need for secrets.

Sadly, we must regain connection with these most important parts of us to have authentic relationships. We need to be living from our own hearts.

As we redevelop this ability, we spontaneously allow others to speak from their own hearts. This just happens. Probably because our newfound wisdom is helping guide us.

This is our power and our comfort. Our reason for living. Our truth.

We expose ourselves. No, not that way.

A moment to recover some focus.

We, step by step, stop hiding things we are ashamed of.

There will be absolutely nothing here that really needs to be hidden.

Although it doesn’t feel like it, there was never anything wrong with us. Not ever.

Anything really bad that happened was only possible because we weren’t living from our own hearts.

If we were, we would have always been kind. That’s who people really are.

Embarrassment will happen. Strangely, it will not humiliate us.

The opposite happens. We feel stronger. We are stronger.

We have dropped one of our never-ending burdens.

Our continued increase in strength will be evident in our posture, confidence, and attitude.

Others will see a difference. We will gradually receive more respect.

We expected humiliation, but got strength and respect instead. Funny how life works.

With the release of our secrets, we will, day by day, find ourselves reconnecting with what we are feeling and needing. We are regaining real life.

Relationships will be the surprise. They become galvanized with feelings and become very important.

As this happens, we enter an entirely different world. Life means something. It makes sense. We become happy.

We are, once again, fully alive!

Thanks for listening,

Good luck on your journey.

Take care,
