Any of us lucky enough to survive infancy, while still in full connection with our feelings, have only this basic natural expectation.
Trust!
That’s the one thing people crave, even above survival itself!
If we’re not open though, we have to live without it!
It’s all we should ever expect, or need from others!
Every other expectation we might have causes us only misery!
We can be king of the world, and still live a life of never-ending misery, just because something caused us to expect ridiculous things!
Most, if not all of us, in these times do exactly that!
We live in misery because we expect things that make no sense.
When we remain fully connected with our feelings. identities, senses, and instincts, this isn’t an issue. We are guided by our needs. It’s impossible to get confused,
Being disconnected though, because of excessive hurt, it becomes enormously difficult to work out what is fair.
There is a universal truth though.
We always have the right to expect trust. That’s all we have any right to expect!
In this world, we don’t get trust though!
That’s what sets off our confusion.
Life sure does get simpler when we can feel our own needs, doesn’t it?
Countless decisions become only one!
Others don’t ever have to give us anything. It’s our job to get what we need.
We have a natural right to our own power to accomplish those things though. Others have no right to take our power away. We need that inner strength!
When they do give us things, it’s because they want to, and not because it should be expected!
The one exception is our early years. Infant protection and assistance are normal throughout our planet’s life. Expecting this help is reasonable!
For the remainder of life, trust sorts out everything else!
When we can’t feel our own trust, life certainly can become difficult!
Trusting nobody is not an option for humans. It’s a bleak existence.
Trusting everybody is better. It provides at least some value in life. In the present world, life is going to hurt anyway. It’s better to get at least some comfort.
It also allows the possibility of getting lucky and finding others who can be trusted. That’s a really good life! Others don’t see it though! It’s invisible to anybody who isn’t emotionally open.
Being untrusting rules out trust completely!
Trying to identify those who can be trusted doesn’t always help us either. Life is going to hurt anyway until we all learn to allow our young their own feelings and inner power.
Once we manage that, it will become increasingly safer to trust others.
Mankind has done this to itself, by not allowing our young their own inner power.
All life needs power. We see that everywhere. Hopefully, we have learned a valuable lesson. Now we know what happens when we take away the inner power of an infant!
It causes chaos and conflict. It causes massive hurt throughout the population. It causes cruel behavior.
