Is our full natural confidence still available to get back?

Confidence is natural and innate. It comes from inside.

Regaining it is a trust issue. We need to relearn how to trust our own needs, instincts, and feelings.

People have not done well in understanding our needs and the needs of others.

Isolated and free from peer pressure, every one of us would treat our young far differently. We would naturally support and encourage their learning from their own inner strength. That’s how life works.

That changes the condition of our young. They turn out strong and confident. Connected with their own needs, feelings, and instincts, they will invariably be loving people. That’s who people really are if undamaged. Every one of us!

But!

When we live in a crowd, for some reason, all common sense goes away. We try to control everybody. This does not make any of us kind. It makes us helpless.

This is why people are so hostile and untrusting now. Without the natural self esteem coming from within, we behave with suspicion and hostility. This is the beginning of fear.

The question then is, how do we regain connection with our own amazing inner strength and wisdom? This is our confidence. It’s also our reason for living, our passion, and our joy!

It comes from within. We hear talk about trusting our gut. Well, that’s the key. It holds everything most important to us.

We have been taught to obey. That didn’t make us nice! It made us angry and helpless. It left us without natural wisdom. Everything good comes from deep within. Look at our world now. What do you think happened to the kindness? Well, this is what happened!

Trusting our own gut means defying authority.

We don’t have to challenge it. We can just ignore it. The more we can live from our own hearts, the faster our confidence comes back. The more responsible we become. Trusting our own needs, we stop guarding what we reveal about ourselves. As we reveal more of our real nature, everything becomes easier. It suddenly becomes effortless to speak our own minds in public.

It’s just amazing what happens.

Thanks for listening.

Good luck on your journey.

Take care,
