When we can see other people’s needs, and allow them their own power, we change!
That’s right, it changes us!
We have taken a giant step into our own instincts and identities!
After we do that, we treat others differently.
We also start to feel good again!
Of course others feel that difference. They appreciate us for it!
Sometimes they respond in turn, by recognizing our needs and our need for our own strength.
What happens next?
Trust happens!
Everybody begins to feel right again!
WHAT ARE HUMANS REALLY LIKE?
We are the most loving and responsible creatures on the planet!
But, only if we can feel our own needs!
Very few of us can!
That’s because our own needs were never satisfied!
That alone is responsible for the defiance we get from our children, and from most of the world!
OUR NEEDS!
If our own needs were ignored, we are no longer connected with our instincts!
Or our own needs either!
We are working in the dark!
There is no “feeling good” reward when we get our behavior right.
We have no chance at all of behaving in ways that improve our own happiness!
So we persue everything that seems right, but we remain unaware that our happiness depends entirely on the love from others!
WHY DOESN’T THIS HAPPEN NATURALLY?
It does!
But only if we are healthy!
Unfortunately, few of us are healthy!
Why not?
Do any of us feel that we have always had our needs met?
Many will firmly believe they have, as they head out to therapy, or to the the cancer clinic!
But, very few of us, if any, have actually enjoyed that pleasure!
WE PARENT FROM OUR NEEDS, NOT THEIRS!
Parenting from the needs of the children instead, brings a completely different result!
Our instincts would guide us into allowing our children their own strength.
Most of us can’t feel our instincts though!
Strong, moral, and responsible children can only happen if they are allowed to develop their own lives under their own power!
This works on any scale! It even works when the damage is already done!
Stand back, respect others, our children or our mates, allow them their own power, respect their own needs, and the sun breaks out!
Our needs keep us moral and responsible! They also keeps us loved!
There is no better feeling in our existence than feeling loved! It even seems to make dying ok.
The needs of people!
The power of life always comes from within!
That’s the way all life is designed!
Our need is to be accepted as we are, and to be allowed to power our own way into life!
We need the same rights all other life gets!
We need to keep the power we were born with! That’s our self-esteem.
No child wants their identity to be overpowered!
We all want to remain strong and find our own way!
Does that work?
Of course it does!
That’s been right in our faces our entire lives!
Every strong and honourable person that ever existed is one of these people!
The basket cases are always those forced into firm obedience! Or else those broken trying to stand against it.
