🥺How can I feel better?🥺

As you already know, you’re not alone.

This situation of feeling anxious, weak, and hopeless, has become an epidemic for all of us, young and old.

We suffer from having our behavior overly criticized.

Our power and our confidence has been devastated. We hurt.

Most people conceal their struggle, then try to fix it by becoming important. This not only doesn’t work, but is causing the world wide damage that we see all around us.

The honest approach of looking for real answers is not only more honorable, but it can actually work!

For each and every one of us, our deepest yearning is to be fully accepted, just as we really are, without reservation, and without having to be who or what others have chosen for us.

That actually works for everybody. It allows people to remain at their very best.

In this condition, we are completely non-destructive. It’s nature’s way.

In any other condition, yes, we are destructive.

Acceptance and appreciation are our needs!

It has been our craving right from the first moment we tried to live our own identity, and then got punished for it.

If any one of us can have this, even for a moment, we become pain and stress free. Our healing would begin at that point.

But, none of us can have that, not in this world!

That situation has to be fixed, and soon before it’s too late. Following the demands of others has brought us to so much conflict and isolation, the human race is living in despair, and worse.

What have we done to cause this?

We stopped naturally nurturing our infants.

We no longer support them in developing their own power over their environment.

We only support our own ideas, and we try to make our young change into whatever we wish.

While that doesn’t sound too serious, no life can live that way. Every identity has been created to be only what it is. It cannot change. It can only hide those things we don’t like. That hurts it. How is it going to challenge the world while in hiding?

Most people haven’t realized the damage this is causing.

That’s because once damaged, we lose connection with our feelings, our identities, our instincts, and our ubiquitous awareness. As you might guess, we are no longer very insightful in this condition.

We can’t see truth when we’re like this, even when it’s all around us.

Interesting as this may be, it doesn’t really fix our problems, does it?

All of our power is in our original identities, which all of us have lost touch with.

Working our way painfully back will return it.

It would probably be pointless to try until we are in a position where we can can decide our own lives for ourselves, and make others respect that. Otherwise, they will just force us right back.

Once it is safe to begin, we accept one feeling at a time into our active conscious lives. These are the really bad feelings that we need to accept. The worst. They are part of us now, like it or not. They happened. Banning them from consciousness only isolates them, but does not disarm them, They will cause havoc with our health and comfort for a lifetime, if not accepted into our conscious lives.

The process will feel hopeless and endless, but it isn’t. At a certain point, power and awareness begin to happen.

It’s all good from there foreword. Every emotional connection with others will be honest, and deep. That’s what we have accomplished through inviting the pain, that already existed within us, back into our lives.

With these changes, our goals will have also have changed. Our need was always to be accepted in our real condition.

Once we feel like that may really be true, then we become loving, happy, playful, and completely non-destructive.

That’s because this is who people really are!

Good luck on your journey. Thanks for listening.

My heart is with you.

Take care,

Norm.
