Life has it’s ways.
Every new life is provided with it’s own power.
It’s for survival. We call it self-esteem.
That’s what we see around us. Every life has it’s own power. Tons of it!
We begin life with that inner strength.
What happens when we allow our kids to keep it?
On the other hand, what happens when we don’t allow them to keep it. What happens when we take over their lives?
First, lets look at those children who didn’t get to keep their power.
That means obedience. They wanted to do one thing (that’s their power), but they got directed to do as they were told instead.
How does that affect them?
Well, what do you think?
To be brutally honest, it’s not hard to find them, because they’re all in therapy, dead, at war, or on drugs!
That power was meant for survival and to flourish. It’s wrapped up with identity, instincts, all around awareness, and health.
Attempting life without that natural assistance is not only difficult, it’s almost hopeless! How is any life going to deal with the environment, it’s own health, and other life without feeling strong?
It simply drags itself along, while feeling helpless. It does as it’s told, but the fun and the spirit are gone. So is most of the confidence and competence.
This explains why everybody these days seems concerned with their self-esteem.
There’s another name for self-esteem! It’s that power nature provides to every life.
Do we let our kids keep that power?
What would you want for yourself?
Are you willing to allow your children to keep that inner power?
If allowed to be strong, how will the children behave? How will they turn out? Will they help?
SELF-DETERMINATION
This is mankind’s struggle!
When we’re in good shape, we allow it! We let our children keep their power and run their own lives. These kids are awesome.
They stay strong. Their goals are relationships and fun.
On the other hand!
If we had to give up our own power, we find it difficult to allow others any power either.
In this condition, we don’t let our kids keep their inner strength, and we don’t like other adults to have freedom either.
We simply don’t trust. Of course not. Our experience tells us different!
The truth remains though, that people who still feel strong can be trusted.
A TRUSTING WORLD
This needs to be the world’s goal! Everybody needs to be feeling strong.
This is world peace!
That’s the loving community orientated culture that we all dream of. It’s what we all crave with every cell of our bodies!
It’s the way life is supposed to be!
How do we do get there?
Feeling helpless or not, we need to allow our own children to keep their inner power!
We need to allow them to live their own life!
They need to choose their own path, on their own timetable, just the same way all other life does!
This works. They help, and in fact can’t do enough for us. It’s an absolutely lovely and loving relationship! We can all really have that!
We need to allow them their natural rights, and then move on to getting our own power back!
AN UNFORTUNATE RATIO
There have been groups where everybody keeps the power they were born with.
A peaceful and loving world, where people share without fear!
This is what we need!
These groups are vulnerable though!
It appears that if even one hurting and helpless person becomes part of one of these groups, their fear dominates.
The entire group gradually changes.
It seems to be a human weakness.
One helpless human, and fear grows like a cancer!
It’s not long before none of the children get to keep their natural power!
Next comes ubiquitous fear and hate. Suspicion, isolation, and conflict.
A LOVING WORLD
We don’t need better computers.
The most important thing we all need, far more than anything else is a trusting and loving world.
It works.
Leave them their power, and people really can be trusted!
Every one of them!
It’s a universal truth!
We need to learn the rules for that!
We have to learn to never, ever take the inner power away from any person.
We need to be on guard, always able to spot lack of inner power when it happens, and immediately stop the spread of fear!
If we can do that, we really can have the world we all crave and deserve!
Keeping our power means no fear. That, in turn, means love and trust!
Make no mistake! It’s taking away our children’s natural power that is setting up all fear throughout our world!
It’s childishly easily to demonstrate! Try allowing that natural power in your own children. Just watch the changes!
