🎭We sacrifice everything to be accepted, to become popular, and to be successful in other people’s eyes!🎭

What happened to our dreams and happiness?

Our inner voice craves appreciation, sharing, trust, and feeling safe in the warm comfort of absolute acceptance from others.

We are probably aware that everything we do now actually prevents that!

But, nobody wants to be an outcast!

So we sacrifice our lives to be accepted!

Do we agree that our environment has gradually become more frightening, and is now hostile?

How did we get here? Can it be fixed?

It got here because we don’t nurture our infants!

To nurture is to support an infant’s real identity, and assist them in developing the power to impose their real identity over their environment.

We don’t do that anymore.

Unfortunately, in these times, our own identity doesn’t survive infancy.

We have become hollow people. When we interact with the world we are speaking to a hollow population.

Nobody has the courage anymore to project their real thoughts and needs or to really listen, providing genuine understanding, acceptance, and appreciation of others.

To do so would put us right into conflict and isolation!

For these reasons, we conceal our real identities.

There is a problem with that though. Because we hide our real identities, nobody lives with the truth. We have no way to recognize it!

Very few of us are capable of recognizing real truth!

Being real, even though we don’t live it, we cry in the dark!

People can and do reveal truth at times, but become ignored in favor of popular opinion.

Truth no longer has a chance!

How then, is it possible to recover from being forced to live fake lives?

With enough therapy, we can reconnect with our real nature. We can say real things and have real thoughts. We can relearn to live our own real identity. There are a lot of really bad feelings in the way, but it can be done!

We can become ourselves again!

Once we do that, in this environment, we get suspicion and rejection rather than the approval and acceptance that we crave!

Ours is a hostile environment!!

Of course, it’s more satisfying to be our real selves, even in this hostile world, than to waste our lives “pretending our real lives away”!

But it’s lonely.

The world of “being what others want” though, is even lonelier!

Communicating with children, we can simply speak to their real identity, and they love us for it.

To speak with adults though, it is necessary to respect the image they present, while at the same time speaking to their real identity.

It really is a hostile world!

It’s getting increasingly more dangerous as well, as public beliefs take us further from the truth, and into crazy ideology.

Life is difficult and lonely.

Our only option for a better world is to begin to nurture again.

Doing that allows infants to keep the strength they were born with. They can live their own identities.

Strong children are immune to believing nonsense.

Through nurture, which is supposed to be the support of their real identity, they retain a connection with their instincts, along with all-around awareness of just about everything.

They cannot be fooled by lies. They are fully connected with truth.

The reason to abandon the truth doesn’t happen.

Truth is ubiquitous when infants have enjoyed natural nurturing. Everybody believes the same thing.

It doesn’t take many on the same page to overpower lies.

People who settle for popular beliefs, on the other hand, never agree. There is no truth to anchor the belief. It divides into “splinter” groups with slightly different interpretations, and the groups begin to argue with each other.

Truth always wins eventually, if it’s available at all. That’s because everybody agrees.

This is the way back to loving community!

Nurture has to happen.

We need to support the unique identity of each of our infants.

All other life already does this, and always has!

Mankind has taken an evil path, and it is taking us all to a really bad place.

All we have to do, to turn this around, is to nurture. All life needs that.

That alone will take us back to feeling safe as our real selves, and being accepted that way.

That’s the wonderful existence we all deserve.

It’s the promise of life!

Thanks for listening.

Good luck on your own journey,

Take care,

Norm
